OCTAVIA is currently the most important rock-pop band in Bolivia. In 1996, Octavia first signed with Sony Music Entertainment. This partnership yielded four successful albums: Aura (1996) Ciclos (1999 – Gold) Octavia Acústico (2001 – Gold) 4 (2002 – Gold) Under an independent label, Octavia recorded: Dedos Records (2002 – produced and recorded in Bolivia) Octavia (Al Aire Libre) (que ano?) With Flagstone Records: Talismán (2004 – produced and recorded in the U.S.) Octavia’s songs and videos were played on regular rotation on well known television programs such as MTV Latino, Tele Hit y Ritmo Son Latino.
